About Us

HiSky is a privately owned company, which, starting in 2021, operates regular and charter passenger flights from Romania and the Republic of Moldova, to more than 20 domestic and international destinations. The company operates a fleet of eight aircraft, from the Airbus A320 family and an A330 aircraft with 240 seats, namely four A320 aircraft with 180 seats, one A319 aircraft in a 144-seat configuration and two A321neoLR aircraft, manufactured in 2023, in a configuration of 201 and 220 seats respectively.

After only two years on the market, HiSky has already reached the threshold of 1 million transported passengers, over 20,000 hours and more than 8,700 flights performed.

The company operates flights from its three bases in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Chisinau, to destinations in Romania and Europe.

The pricing policy combines low-cost principles with a wide range of additional services, charged transparently. We offer 5 service packages: Basic, Classic, Premium, Premium Plus and Business, each with its own benefits, adapted to the needs of all our passengers.

With over 20 years of experience in aviation, Iulian Scorpan has accumulated thousands of flight hours as an Airbus A320 pilot-in-command. Throughout his career, in addition to piloting, he has held a series of management positions, including CEO of a major airline.

His passion for flying, together with his extensive experience in operations management, led him to set up his own airlines, to meet passengers' need for accessible, flexible flight services, at the highest standards of comfort and safety.

Co-Founder | Deputy General Manager

A specialist with extensive experience in the financial-banking sector and advanced studies in the field, Victor Sula has held, during his career, management positions in financial institutions and prestigious companies in several fields, including aviation.

After 20 years of activity in management and financial analysis, he entered the world of entrepreneurship by founding HiSky. Since its establishment, he has been actively involved in the management of the company, not only at the financial management level but also at the administrative level and in the development strategy.
